Iran Potk Company (Joint Stock) was established in September 1984 by Mr. Amirhossein Ramzani in the industrial town of Arak, with the aim of producing various hand tools. Since the tool manufacturing industry had not yet been localized in the country at that time, and outsourcing was not possible in many areas, the company was forced to establish supporting production units such as mold making and machine building alongside tool-making sections such as forging, machining, heat treatment, and more, from the very beginning.
Currently, with the cooperation of experienced Iranian engineers and technicians, all molds, jigs, and fixtures required for tool production, amounting to thousands of parts, are produced at the factory. In the machine-building section, dozens of special machines have been produced and used for various stages of work to date.

Iran Potk, through the establishment of the Ipka educational tools group in 2006, has demonstrated its commitment to nurturing skills in all age groups, especially teenagers who are the future of our nation. This is in addition to producing high-quality tools as part of its corporate social responsibility. Ipka products include tools necessary for initial familiarization and experience with carpentry, weaving, marquetry, and other skills, as well as games and educational aids designed within the STEAM framework (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics).
With over 40 years of experience, Iran Potk is now recognized as the largest industrial tool manufacturer in the region.

Iran Patek Industrial Group, as a producer of all kinds of hand tools by the forge method in the country, in order to protect the environment and prevent wastage of energy and fuel, has established an environmental management system (ISO 14001-2004) as a It has become a good model in the country. The goals, plans and policies guaranteed in this regard are as follows:
